Regular ground shipping takes 4 to 8 business days. Priority 2-4 day is also available - shipping is an extra $2.00 per order (does not apply to crates, dog food and cat food, beds, heavy items over 5 lbs, and products shipped cooled, such as insulin and vaccines)

Orders over $69.00 free shipping applies to RX items, health supplements and all other items under 5 lbs, if under $69.00 shipping is flat rate $4.99, see exceptions below**

CRATES, Beds, Carriers, X Pens, and Dog Food, Shampoos and Conditioners (over 5 lbs) (but not limited to) will incur extra shipping charges.15% restocking fee if crates, x pens are returned, and only store credit given, shipping fee for returns are paid for by customer.

Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer and may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

Most of our Pet Products- Frontline, etc are shipped USPS mail. Shipping is  FREE if your order is over $69.00** If under $69.00 shipping will be $4.99 If your item (s) are a liquid prescription, such as lactacted ringers, Albon liquid, refrigerated or chilled items the shipping charge will be more than this , in this case will be shipped by Fed Ex or UPS,  you will be notified of the shipping charge, which will be submitted to you for your approval before shipping.

**Vaccines are shipped Overnight.
(A $34.95 flat rate fee is charged for all orders containing vaccines or refrigerated items such as Vetsulin.This is a flat rate fee regardless of the number of vaccines or other items you purchase along with your vaccines!

         Orders for in stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days from acceptance of order.    


·        For orders shipped within the contiguous United States, please indicate if you can receive Postal delivery to your shipping address. Also include a daytime phone number and email address.    


·        Standard orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx or USPS at the discretion of our warehouse.  



·        Orders being shipped outside the contiguous US must be pre-paid. Please contact our Customer Service Department for shipping options and charges. We reserve the right to hold orders until all items become available.  


Drop Ship Items    

Some items are drop ship items (ships directly from the manufacturer) and will arrive separate from other items on your order. Drop Ship items may not fall into the expected delivery time frame as other items on your order and may not be available for express shipping.


Returns and Exchanges:

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON PRESCRIPTIONS guarantees your complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, for any reason, will refund every cent of your purchase price. ( *See Conditions below)

*You may return items  within 30 days of receipt in its original/re-saleable condition. Simply contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) either via phone:   1-800-446-6608 or e-mail:   15% restocking fee if crates, x pens are returned, and only store credit given, all shipping fees for returns are paid for by customer. 

*UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED. Please enclose a copy of your packing list with your return. If you do not have a copy of your packing list, please indicate the order number, your account number, your name and address along with a list of the items you are returning and send the package to the following address:

·        For an exchange please include a list of the items you would like in exchange. Outbound shipping applies to exchanges.    

*Non-Returnable Items include but are not limited to Chew Toys, Food/Ingestible Items, Video Tapes, DVD's, Books, Clippers, Dryers and Breed Specific (Boutique) Items, Beds, Bowls, Feeding Dishes or Automatic Feeders.    


* Returning a Product  

Indicate the reason for your return, include the packing list with your return and wrap the package securely. Be sure to write the Return Authorization Number (RMA#) on the address label of the package. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment and please save your shipping receipt and your tracking information until your return is processed. ProKennel is not responsible for returns that are not delivered or damaged in transit. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number and your name and address on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the address indicated above.    


  If merchandise is received damaged, please call or e-mail Customer Service within 10 business days. Customer Service will take corrective action based on the extent of damage.

You must keep all packaging.    

·  Damaged Video Tapes, DVD's and Books will be replaced with the same title.    

·  Claims cannot be processed without original packaging (box, etc.)
