Cat died in 10 minutes

I find that very hard to believe, sorry. Something else had to be wrong or the vet would have told you about this serious side effect.

This was administered to a Ragdoll cat, 1 1/2 years of age; there was an allegeric reaction, according to the vet, and the cat died within 10 minutes. Be sure to stay with your pet and watch for any problems. This is one of the cautionary items for this medication according to NIH (National Institute of Health)
